nothing good to talk about Infosys apart from its infrastructure

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys

Training learning project culture work environments is super cool. Leave policy is also good. Campus life is awesome greenary campus.

Dislikes

Salary compensation and appraisal is worst. I joined 3.6 lpa and having 3yr experience and my current compensation is 4.1 lpa

...t Supporting departments does not support delivery team. Support teams like finance, SQA or CCD goes by book and does not help for protect delivery urgency No work life balance. No increments

It is really a good company where it gives importance to both work and family, there is a lot of scope in improving our knowledge and connections.

The challenges are career growth, salary perks and promotions will be delay.

...r employees against absurd rules set by clients. Believes in modern day slavery. 4) Your roles and responsibilities keep on increasing multifold with every promotion but salary will grow only between 3-5% 5) Hike does not apply to everyone and, if applicable, it is only 4-5%
