...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.

Campus of Bangalore...I love it...but in Delhi ghaziabad it worst.

Working more then a 5 yrs and salary which v getting...it's less then the security guards....team leader..not at all helpful person..no growth.

Salary Work is dependent on the project what you are getting. If they given you manual testing then it is so hard to change to automation unless you are good experienced with automation.

Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.

Dislikes

...ger to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.

... or perks given to employees which matter to them or give them feel good factor. No transparency in appraisal cycle and salary revisions. No information is shared with employees and we only come to know from outside news.
