...ure is very good, but in some projects it happens that we have to work overtime. But they do not pay overtime for that. This is in some projects. In other projects, we get paid and apart from this, the work life balance is very good. And they are a little behind in giving timely increments. After the employee joins, he should be given the increment on time, so when he does not give the speech, this is a drawback.

Infosys has great potential in training Human Resources with top class experienced professionals. Highly recommended to freshers with job security. Promotion and recognition opportunities.

Low salary and benefits no much difference in hikes. Low financial growth of employees.

Likes

No appreciation, No salary hike. Only 2-3 % hike. Nobody cares they are just exploits employees. Very bad company. They only invest in infrastructures of their buildings instead of paying employees salary.

Manager are there just try to retain you, by giving you hope. One day we will so for you one day we will do that. But very bad company of my entire life. They exploits employees every month every day and every year.

Management is worst. If they are not able to utilise day time of 9 hrs, then what kind of management and culture they are doing. Not sure. There is always urgency of tasks, they don't even bother about your health. They want to be available on weekends, holidays, leaves. Like 24x7 support they need. Worst company ever had.

I have joined before 2 years i haven't received any hike till now and the pay and work which they ll allocate is purely imbalance, i strongly suggest if u get any other company other than Infosys it's 100 u can opt for other companies, the will not be any benefits except salary, even if u do extra hours or night, they even won't give proper hike , in this present situation 2023 , they completely ruled out hikes. It's a worst experience in Infosys.
