Salary compensation and appraisal is worst. I joined 3.6 lpa and having 3yr experience and my current compensation is 4.1 lpa

It is really a good company where it gives importance to both work and family, there is a lot of scope in improving our knowledge and connections.

Dislikes

The challenges are career growth, salary perks and promotions will be delay.

This is a company that places contract workers at their many clients. This is a salaried company with benefits. My experience so far has been very good. Upper management has been very hands off.

Dislikes

Salary could be better. I got a decent raise of 4% the first year I was eligible, but they lowered the opening salary quite a bit after telling me they would pay more. I was out of work at the time so took the job anyways. They should have paid me what they told me they would when I interviewed and not lowered it after. Only 2 weeks vacation to start. Many of the client companies I work for start their employees with 20 plus days. This is vey out of synch with the times and if I leave, it will be for more money and vacation, not because I do not like working for them.

Infosys gives you the best job security in market. Training is world class here. You will get ample opportunities to explore yourself. You will get privileges such as good projects great team, Agile environment, Life style will be awesome. World class offices.Intellectual people around you. Best reimbursement policy related to anything. 1000 bucks per month for internet charges while wfh, zomato coupon every quarter while wfh as project party. World class clients.

Dislikes

Manager will be unresponsive sometimes if you both are not in same project. Salary is very meagre. Hike is also very less.

The culture is positive. There is an emphasis on learning and skills development. The company is supportive. It is a good company to start with, it will make you skilled. The workload isn't a lot.

Dislikes

The pay is quite low and employee benefits are mere eye candies. Hierarchy is preferred over expertise.
