...mes fresh. Everything is ok at Infosys that's why still I did not leave Infosys. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair due to my hard work I am getting good salary hike and bonus every year

Behavior of management team, salary increments in peanuts, learning about technology is absolutely nil, quality role is junk work, too much office politics, no proper performance review process it's manager dependant,

... on the project. Infosys works on faith, unnecessarily it won't take any action. Salary growth may be slow, but to learn there are many opportunities it will provide.

Timely increments and percentage of salary growth is less about 5 to 10% based on appraisal rating.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

Skill Development They have Lex portal Which more then university or wikipedia of technology , you can learn any technology from there as per your time also skill trainnig is provided

...oject i.e, Proximus and Telenet where Gpm is rude they dont even talk properly. I have joined as fresher no hike,no pormotion in 2.7 years of working, in project like EOS they forced us to work more the 14 to 15 hours daily this went for next 6 month .
