Only 20 leaves annually (5 per quarter, 4 per quarter if you're on probation). They are offering salary on basis of number of experience not with individual skills. Too many deductions in salary as per policy.

Likes

Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Dislikes

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.

No one is there to listen about yours queries like salary revised n all manager will tell ask hr and hr will tell ask manager. Managar only care about project deliverables. After 3.5 yrs of wasting my times left the organisation. Two time get met expectation rating but no salary hike .

Excessive large infrastructure giving you a very positive mindset to start working. Great learning opportunity for every domain. Lots of exposure.

Dislikes

Growth is slow interms of work, promotion and compensation. Not upto the market standards.

You will have good work life balance, it offers competitive packages as other big MNCs

Projects are very small, no growth, less learning opportunities, though it provides competitive packages the inhad salary will be less.
