I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.

Likes

Some projects help you upskill and learn a lot of things. Otherwise you can utilize Lex learning platform or workshops for learning about new technologies.

Improper salary No promotion No appraisal Improper performance bonus Absolutely ridiculous rating even if you work for 70hrs every week Dirty politics

Several skill development opportunities are there, has its own learning platform and it's really helpful. work life balance is also good, plenty of internal opportunities available for career boost.

Dislikes

Salary growth stagnant not getting paid compared to market value.

Working from the office/home is flexible but depends on the manager. You can do external certification without paying

Dislikes

...sick leave/casual leave. All types of leave is deducted from Earned leaves only. In hand salary is very very less. There is no hike. No promotion.

Low salary, very small chance of promotion or climbing up the ladder, impossible to choose the domain in which you want to work in, no benefits, zero learning and you will get stuck in a job that you don't want to do. Especially for BCA graduates and non engineers, it will be the worst decision in life to join Indian IT mnc's.
