Company campus is very good, number of learning platforms available, company take cares of employees. Facilities are very good

Dislikes

No appreciations from management, les PLI bonus, very bad criteria to calculate work performance. These are depends on the project/client for which you are working. Few very good, few are very bad

I like the office campus and environment at Infosys at all locations across India.

Dislikes

You will hardly get good appraisals, and salary hikes even after you turn out to be good performer. Managers and JL7 Employees are the boss.

Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Only the people, they are really working hard for too less

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected
