nothing good to talk about Infosys apart from its infrastructure

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys

Great projects to work in, good training and support provided to mature to the role, working in high quality campus and infrastructure

Dislikes

E-City campus is on the outskirts of Bangalore, slow promotion and salary growth offered

...mes fresh. Everything is ok at Infosys that's why still I did not leave Infosys. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair due to my hard work I am getting good salary hike and bonus every year

Training program mysore - only thing that is currently good in infosys. You will get to learn new technology from scratch.

...e is trained. No growth for it's currently working employee compare to laterals. Bad compensation and benefits policies.

Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.
