Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.

Dislikes

...ger to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.

Micro Management. Everything is not about pay sometimes it's about the treatment you give to your juniors. Boomer generation and their ideologies. Boomer generation is sitting in management level soo toxic and useless I can't even explain them in words.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.

Dislikes

very less chance for promotions, appraisals and everytime too much unnecessary deductions on variable pay.

Salary , even after 2 year , 1.5 year in project, outstanding performer last year , 2 time quarterly award winner and you know what still no hike , no promotion
