Infosys will never pay based on talent. Make sure you get good initial hike because you won't get anything more after that even after 3 or 4 years. If they find you are a valuable resource they want to retain you but at no extra cost.

... for promotion. Very worst HR’s and managers which is very common in all MNC’s. Not understanding why do they keep HR post in all companies this position should be vanished as they are getting salary for simply supporting things to managers.

I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.

Work environment and Learning is good. Office environments and employee facilities are good.

we will not get paid for what we have done. Appraisal and salary hike is very poor, even for promotion time we will get very less increment.

Time wasted in team meetings Less productivity No ownership Poor decision making on clients requirements No hike At job level 5, majority of roles are PMO work Culture of dumping work on others is promoted, so team leads get alienated from their own team
