Infosys-like companies give you a full work-life balance you don't need to think about it. The culture in Infosys is the same for everyone whether you are an associate or on a senior level. The main thing I want to highlight here is the "JOB Security" if you are in Infosys so you feel you are working for the government.

The salary, I don't know about others but I realised if Money is your first priority then first think about entering the Infosys environment.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.

very less chance for promotions, appraisals and everytime too much unnecessary deductions on variable pay.

There is nothing more than just a beautiful building

Salary , even after 2 year , 1.5 year in project, outstanding performer last year , 2 time quarterly award winner and you know what still no hike , no promotion

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.
