Hi All, my last ctc is 23.5 Lpa from Hyderabad location,I don't have any offer in hand and my Last working day was 28 Feb 2025, I got a offer in infosys with 12Lpa, please suggest what I need to do, I have total 14 years of experience in IT field, there will be any impact on my career and next level please advice

Dislikes

Early 4 percentage hile in basic pay on take home salary, at least inflation percentage must be given. If you are promoted then 10-15 percentage that is also when you are in low salary. When you came as experienced for some good package you will be promoted but without hike.
