Work culture is great at Infosys. The managers think of your well being as well as try to motivate you for learning new things to up skill. The lex portal of Infosys has a huge number of courses and certifications to get started on learning new things.

Campus is good. Your life at Infosys could be defined by to which project you get allocated to.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Only 20 leaves annually (5 per quarter, 4 per quarter if you're on probation). They are offering salary on basis of number of experience not with individual skills. Too many deductions in salary as per policy.

No one is there to listen about yours queries like salary revised n all manager will tell ask hr and hr will tell ask manager. Managar only care about project deliverables. After 3.5 yrs of wasting my times left the organisation. Two time get met expectation rating but no salary hike .
