Company has to bring some good parameters to identify the hardwork of employees rather than going behind managers and Team leaders words everytime, I really felt that is missing here. Hope that company will bring some measures to overcome this. More interaction should happen between HR and employees.

No proper salary hikes, No promotions on time.

I like nothing about this company. It is only good for freshers who wants to add a big company name in their resume and they should also just work and leave within a year.

There is no growth in this company, working environment is also not good. No increment and hike in salary. They just give more responsibility.

I am comfortable in learning and challenging environment so I am very very working with this organisation.

In this organisation other benefits are very good but salary criteria is below comparison on behalf of working activities and different industries.

Nothing, you have to work work work , at the end either mandatory trainings or certain time bond for your hike or promotion

Management, worst , no hike at all, invest lot on infrastructure not on employees

I am working wit infosys since 2 years I would say it's Best company for fresher to start their career. It has job security easy to absorb work culture. My overall experience with infosys is Excellent.

As such I did't found any difficulty but yes if you thinking after promotion your salary will increase quickly it will take time.
