No Motivation and pay hikes are very low. Micromanagement of people on working on system. Even going to toilet is also counted as non productive. There is one manager SIva Rebbragada he is the worst manager I am seen in my career.

Managers push employees beyond capacity, instead of discussing with clients for their wrong estimates of FTE. 5. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
