Infosys BPM Hyderabad is worst with lot of politics and dictator leadership Infosys is now days an organization which can make one really sick HR lacks the humanitarian skills ,just a puppet of the Managers Leaders make intimate relations with female employees and offer them promotions Totally political scenario If you are in dire need of money then work here otherwise stay away if you want to take care of mental health

No matter you give 15 years to company, they will not bother when you leave. 8.They will say they have given appraisals and there is 10 days Hybrid, but reality is different. Join this company when you plan to retire and don't want to work. All the leadership is like that.

The company suffers from poor management, with no salary raises or appraisals given despite our hard work. The cafeteria offers no options, and when the workload increases, we don't receive anything from there, leaving us to go hungry. Additionally, there is a lack of appreciation for our efforts.
