Salary is not good Annual revenue per head is an avg $55000=₹4400000/- and they provide employee a package of ₹200000-400000 per annum so the profit margin is 80-90% how terrible and worst is this you can't even imagine.

Hi,I am Murali.........I had a less privilege to be part of Infosys.......It gives me Immense proud for saying that I was an Infosysian.......I learnt much things professionally as well as personally while my stint in Infosys........The recreational and training facilities which Infosys providing is world class......Moreover the founder Narayana Murthy Sir is a great visionary who not only gave a great platform for the entire Youths in India but also provided a chance to work in Indias second leading Multi national Company..........In Infosys you will never face Lay offfs unless and untill you are doing any Disciplinary action.............Overalll it was a great Experience working in this Company............I like Infosysians Dress culture as well

...me of the things ,if Infosys will work on them which would be better............Comparing to other Companies which is in the Market the Pay and remuneration is very less.........Another thing which I would like to mention is that the discrimination between IT and Bpo people.........Even though You are doing more work than the IT people and is working in the tiring Night Shifts the recognition and dignity You would be getting is very less.......

Good development centre and projects. Great facilities on campus. Good work place with job securityand good work life balance

The main issue is that receiving a low or no pay raise creates a difficult financial situation and prevents achieving stability.

Very nice palace to work. Infosys is providing training to employees to enhance their skills.

Salary is not paying how much we work for. You even work for 12 hours you will get any shift allowance for that extended shift
