biggest fraud Infosys BPM t, PF amount 15000 pending cases since 2 years. No salary hike in 3 yrs, toxic, torture environment. Too much of work, short team size. no Standard Procedure Followed. infosys ltd has diferent standards and Infosys BPM has no standards at all. they hires more girls so that they can run busines like anything, no rules followed

Very nice palace to work. Infosys is providing training to employees to enhance their skills.

Salary is not paying how much we work for. You even work for 12 hours you will get any shift allowance for that extended shift

learning opportunities Campus environment and facilities except transport CSR activities Having great culture and multiple things are available within campus You can say it's mini town You find everything From stationary shop to accommodation, Multiple food courts with multiple food varieties, multiple courts and grounds for sports activities,gym, jacuzzi, steam bath, loundry restaurant are available within campus

Good work environment and culture. Team mate's are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Compensation and benefits for long term employees are very poor. No band correction as per market standards. Ready to pay 40% hike for external hire but not even 10% for internal resources.
