Infosys' first priority is money. The compensation is never upto the amount of work you are doing. Shift allowance is the worst. HR team is the most laid back team I have ever seen. There is no job satisfaction.

May be management can look at the salary level at grade it. It at least should match up the expectations of people to match the market, policies are there but needs rigor to follow.

Fantastic Team, relevant trainings, life secured, guaranteed career growth, appraisal once in six months and salary hike every year, travel opportunities, less politics, huge learning, world class work environment, innovation in every field also a great wok life balance which make the Infosys BPO a great company to work.

The Infosys bench is the best thing about it.You can easily find new projects.

... a lot of terms and conditions without any real benefits.Money is a big problem.They don’t pay you enough.

The best part and the only reason why most of the employee are still at IBPM are because of WFH. There is still no mandate on hybrid or wfo. Learning and training portal is excellent if used correctly.

... been 3 years and still there are no appraisals with regards to salary revision. The variable pay is payed out with an average of 60-65%.
