I worked in Infosys BPM Ltd for 7 years and everything is good other than the offered salary over there. I joined there with only 10K salary when I should have joined IT field and would have got a minimum 25K salary at the beginning. The campus in Infosys Bangalore is one of the best in Bangalore but, the payment is very bad and there is very bad scope to grow there. My promotions were stuck for 4 and half years (during COVID there were no promotions for 2+ years) due to bad managers who don't have any respect for very good performers too like me. The work culture is good and the food available on campus is decent but, one will rot in here if he/she doesn't get promoted. Other foreign companies in Bangalore offer better and very good salaries comparatively.

Dislikes

Some managers don't provide promotions even when the employee will perform outstandingly for years. They will just give good ratings which are not good for anyone's family's bread and butter. No growth. Will lose important years of youth while working over here at Infosys. Other companies offer better compensation almost double or triple.

Training part is quite friendly and effective, teammates were all well qualified with hidden talents, security level is quite more than average, salary/appraisal part is bit lathergic , politics at work, favoritism so far noticed, work environment is best in industry, creativity is the birth place of Infosys. Easy to balance with your work and life. Last but not the least, I personally prefer do the startups from Infosys and flourish ahead in different companies after gaining some work experience here.

Not much pressure while working in Infosys, and job security also good ,work life balance also ok

The most important thing that is salary which is too low and there is no hikes from past 3 years and no other benifits, no allowances no promotion on time. The minimum ctc should increase otherwise its too difficult to survive in Bangalore.The company should think about the employees future also ,if there is no hikes for years means its not worth to work there at least the basic ctc should be more or yearly hikes company should give

...ft allowances. In the name of the brand INFOSYS, infosys bpm is doing all these. In my 4 year experience into IT it hasn’t ever happened i did not receive my salary… it happened with me in infosys bpm.

...s for the first year. It's very tough to manage leaves for outstation employees. Not a single Sick leave is granted with pay. Never seen any other companies apart from Infy which is not giving SL
