Company has to bring some good parameters to identify the hardwork of employees rather than going behind managers and Team leaders words everytime, I really felt that is missing here. biggest fraud Infosys BPM t, PF amount 15000 pending cases since 2 years. No salary hike in 3 yrs, toxic, torture environment. Too much of work, short team size. no Standard Procedure Followed. infosys ltd has diferent standards and Infosys BPM has no standards at all. they hires more girls so that they can run busines like anything, no rules followed
