Compensation and benefits for long term employees are very poor. No band correction as per market standards. Ready to pay 40% hike for external hire but not even 10% for internal resources.

Compensation and the tenure for growth. Here you would get all opportunities and exposure but the value to your service will not be as expected. Almost 2 years into the organization with good ratings yet no revision of Compensation.

Compensation, allowances and transport could have been better. Everything depends upon the type of project you are into. There is no certainty here.

2023- This is not about Infosys Ltd. I am referring to Infosys BPM Ltd . The only thing I like about Infosys BPM Ltd is the Job security. You have many projects comming and going, but you will stay employed even if you are on bench. You get some or the other project, not necessary what you exactly want. But you will stayed employed. With regards to culture, I would say its how you develop yourselves. Dont rely on others.

Dislikes

Salary is not on the mark for many. Not as per market standards. You will get promotion, however no relative salary increment. People who know how to cheat, will survive and progress. Others will just keep watching.
