Salary Benefits are average if compared with market standards and Appraisals are very poor.

...e or for an emergency they are met with outright denial and targeted harassment. they forced employee to work extended night shift 15-20 hours per month with out pay. if you value your self respect, time and sanity don't join , BP is fat better from them.

...as pretty good and I enjoyed working there while having supporting team mates! If you are joining Infosys from another organisation then you can get a good percent of hike in your salary.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less for the employees working for a longer time period. Additional skills can be developed by the trainings provided by the Infosys but it depends on your manager because if they agree and you can manage your daily work then you can attend the trainings. Promotions are, again, completely dependent on your managers! If you have a good rapport with them then you may get promoted otherwise you might have work at the same role for unknown time period.
