biggest fraud Infosys BPM t, PF amount 15000 pending cases since 2 years. No salary hike in 3 yrs, toxic, torture environment. Too much of work, short team size. no Standard Procedure Followed. infosys ltd has diferent standards and Infosys BPM has no standards at all. they hires more girls so that they can run busines like anything, no rules followed

What I like the most is training provided by company. Foundation training, process training and other than that professionalism, perfection, etiquettes and so on. As a fresher its very beneficial to join Infosys. I like working here . No extra stree, no tension, good team and manager. Helpful HR. Maternity leave benifits, health insurance, life insurance.free transport

Salary hikes are very slow and conditional. Appraisal ratings.

... a fresher. There were no projects in technical and i was on bench for 6 months. then was put to a non voice project were I was doing Data Analytics reports in Excel and salary in hand is 12k which is not worthy. I gained no skills except toxic work culture.

In reality they dont have technical projects also I was forcefully resigned

...the best company. Their is too much to learn here. But don't give 70 hrs a week. As their is no pay for overtime Don't stick here for too long if you are not growing. They only think for their growth now.

I don't like the incriment it's like 500 - 1000 in annual package. They don't pay for Saturday workings. The day I resigned their are 16- 20 resigns as well. Their is no incentives and no bonuses as earlier their were incentives but the didn't provide later. "Their is no overtime pay for working 70 hrs a week". Their is too much work pressure in some teams.
