No Motivation and pay hikes are very low. Micromanagement of people on working on system. Even going to toilet is also counted as non productive. There is one manager SIva Rebbragada he is the worst manager I am seen in my career.

Managers push employees beyond capacity, instead of discussing with clients for their wrong estimates of FTE. 5. Top management discuss issues within themselves and come up with action points, without knowing ground level pain areas nor taking inputs from People who are close to process.
