No appraisal or bonus given since last 2 years to any of the employees belowe level 4. They dont even comoensate for extra hours we put in our work. Moreover they ask us to sit on weekends and work with no comiensation. They dont even pay for travel allowances for office visits that is the sole requirement if the client.

Campus and infrastructure, good training.

A very low paying company. Less salary. Bad work-life balance. (my name not reveling is good. But what about my designation- Legal Executive..? ) that also should be kept anonymous)

Infosys IL is good but Infosys BPM is worst. They have even marked the IT support under BPM which should have been under IL. Being a L1 support Analyst, the management has never taken any initiative to build up and enhance the skill of their employees. Never suggest you to go on the name of the Company but to take a deep down check with the ex-employees and then pick your decision.

Well, I admire a lot about "working"for infosys. Infosys commitment, forecasting environment and focusing on ethical AI development stand out.

Work life balance - The push for innovation and meeting tight deadlines sometime affect work life balance Salary & Benefits- If I could say about salary it's an average not satisfied as work stress

No pros except for those working as HR.

Dislikes

Subsidiary of Infosys Ltd, but more workload and less package. If assigned to a project under Infosys LTD, then project manager from Infosys Ltd will make you work for more than 12 hrs a day with a salary equivalent to working 4 hrs a day.
