Very nice palace to work. Infosys is providing training to employees to enhance their skills.

Salary is not paying how much we work for. You even work for 12 hours you will get any shift allowance for that extended shift

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good saralry hike and bonus s every year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resing.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Infosys BPM Hyderabad is worst with lot of politics and dictator leadership Infosys is now days an organization which can make one really sick HR lacks the humanitarian skills ,just a puppet of the Managers Leaders make intimate relations with female employees and offer them promotions Totally political scenario If you are in dire need of money then work here otherwise stay away if you want to take care of mental health

HR business partner has forgotten their work and will tend to seek instructions from managers on what to do. 7. No matter you give 15 years to company, they will not bother when you leave. 8.They will say they have given appraisals and there is 10 days Hybrid, but reality is different. Join this company when you plan to retire and don't want to work. All the leadership is like that.
