Job security and work life balance is very good. Client appreciations and role readiness programs are good. Company culture is also very good

Dislikes

Salary is too much on a lower level comparing with salaries in the market for same job levels/roles. Yearly salary revisions are in single digits even though you get extraordinary ratings.

The Infosys bench is the best thing about it.You can easily find new projects.

... a lot of terms and conditions without any real benefits.Money is a big problem.They don’t pay you enough.

The best part and the only reason why most of the employee are still at IBPM are because of WFH. There is still no mandate on hybrid or wfo. Learning and training portal is excellent if used correctly.

... been 3 years and still there are no appraisals with regards to salary revision. The variable pay is payed out with an average of 60-65%.

Campus is beautifully designed with a focus on natural surroundings, offering a visually appealing environment.

...are loyal to their bosses get more attention than those focused on work quality. Low Salary: The salary offered is quite poor. Minimal Salary Hikes: Don't expect significant salary increases over the years. Skill Levels Vary: Colleagues may have varying levels of knowledge and expertise due to lower salary expectations.

Dislikes

Very low Package & very less chances of promotion. Increment won't get on time ( always much delayed). It's subsidiary of Infosys that's why promotion & increament very less as compared to Infosys.
