Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

We are getting by thanks to the supportive colleagues and friends we have around us.

Dislikes

The company suffers from poor management, with no salary raises or appraisals given despite our hard work. The cafeteria offers no options, and when the workload increases, we don't receive anything from there, leaving us to go hungry. Additionally, there is a lack of appreciation for our efforts.

Dislikes

Salary is not good. Annual increament is very low. 1% to 8% Promotion and proportional very slow. On health benefit they only provide a health insurance.nothing at all of on it OPD expenses.

Infosys BPM location Gurgaon company management team and leadership is not supporting. Also not behaving same with every employee. They are offering some people to allow WFH with illogical reason but those people really do have need support, they just forcing for acceptor for off roaster or sick leave.
