Good company to work for in terms of job security, work-life balance, culture and employee-related policies. Ample opportunities to upskill and learn/get certified through inhouse learning platforms.

Dislikes

The increment and salary part is a huge turn-off. Work is not very hectic and hence less learning (might be disadvantageous for someone at the start of their career). Fewer rewards and recognition would discourage someone from putting in the extra effort.

Likes

A lot depends on which team you are in and the head of the team. I like the flexibility and free hand I get in working. However, this is not same for everyone. The company has a very good work culture, work life balance and job security.

Dislikes

The only negative in the company is compensation and benefits which is below industry.

Good work environment and culture. Team mate's are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
