There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. It was really disappointing that without any notice I was terminated before a month ago , no staff addressed or guidance me for my position in infosys,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work life balance and the way they work like a team coordination is excellent and the way of work culture is extremely ultimate to work in that atmosphere.

Salary and promotions cycle period and norms and policy

Company has to bring some good parameters to identify the hardwork of employees rather than going behind managers and Team leaders words everytime, I really felt that is missing here. Hope that company will bring some measures to overcome this. More interaction should happen between HR and employees.

Minimal Salary Hikes: Don't expect significant salary increases over the years. Skill Levels Vary: Colleagues may have varying levels of knowledge and expertise due to lower salary expectations.
