There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. It was really disappointing that without any notice I was terminated before a month ago , no staff addressed or guidance me for my position in infosys,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...if candidates fails to provide any required documents they will not onboard you. Also here is no pearks and additional benefits eg for transportation and meals we are required to pay from our pocket. Even employees working in night shift gets very less NSA as compared to other companies.

It gives opportunity and job to next people. Atleast helps to kick start career.

Dislikes

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

Salary is way low from the market. Annual increment is very low.
