Infosys' first priority is money. The compensation is never upto the amount of work you are doing. Shift allowance is the worst. HR team is the most laid back team I have ever seen. There is no job satisfaction.

...uch of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.

Compared to Infosys Ltd, the talent level is lacking, and management does nothing to address this biased system. Avoid joining Infosys BPM—opt for Infosys Ltd instead, as both roles end up doing the same work once assigned to a project.
