From December 2022 it has like no one is care about employee like if you resign then no one ask you why are you leaving. Worklife balance zero.

The encouragement is not spread out through the organisation. Managers are scared to delegate their responsibilities to subordinates, either, due to fear of their subordinates making mistakes or due the fear of losing their authority, control and Job.
