Wrost company in Lucknow, they didn’t pay salary on time, if anyone quit (with complete all points of exit policy) they didn’t give the due amount (salary). Greedy management and director.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

During Covid 19 I am in home. I done 3 months of internship in Infoseek Pvt Ltd duration of training is August to October 2019 as Android developer Trannie after that at the end of year Covid 19 spread all over the world then I came back to home because I am doing job in delhi as Digital marketing executive.Therefore During Covid 19 I am in home and Infoseek not supporting me after training done in 2019 .

In one word, it is a fraud company. They will ask INR 50,000 to deposit and will give you the job offer after 6-7 months which you only have to beg for. They will say that they will return your money, but they never will. A lot of Police cases has been already filed against the company but they every time are able to successfully dodge themselves from the case. Please DO NOT join this organization. Right now am working in an MNC and I can tell you that there are alot of opportunities available. Kindly look out for one. Do not fall in their trap. These guys are goons. You just visit the company once, it is a small 200-300 sq ft area with a lot of negative vibes. It has been even raided by Microsoft for using their unlicensed version of software. I have been molested in that company, left it and have been asking for my 50k but they are someone who are extremely resentful and reluctant to give it now and feigning what all they said earlier. Job Security: Out of question. Work Culture: They are not at all professional. Forget about culture. Management: Poor. Extremely poor. Company Policies: There are certain which they themselves never follow. Learnings: The only positive side of this company which was there back when I was there a few years back (I do not know about the current scene). You can expect that you will learn certain things like how to fight in a company, politics, manipulations etc along with some technical skills like Web Designing and Development.
