In one word, it is a fraud company. They will ask INR 50,000 to deposit and will give you the job offer after 6-7 months which you only have to beg for. They will say that they will return your money, but they never will. A lot of Police cases has been already filed against the company but they every time are able to successfully dodge themselves from the case. Please DO NOT join this organization. Right now am working in an MNC and I can tell you that there are alot of opportunities available. Kindly look out for one. Do not fall in their trap. These guys are goons. You just visit the company once, it is a small 200-300 sq ft area with a lot of negative vibes. It has been even raided by Microsoft for using their unlicensed version of software. I have been molested in that company, left it and have been asking for my 50k but they are someone who are extremely resentful and reluctant to give it now and feigning what all they said earlier. Job Security: Out of question. Work Culture: They are not at all professional. Forget about culture. Management: Poor. Extremely poor. Company Policies: There are certain which they themselves never follow. Learnings: The only positive side of this company which was there back when I was there a few years back (I do not know about the current scene).
