In one word, it is a fraud company. They will ask INR 50,000 to deposit and will give you the job offer after 6-7 months which you only have to beg for. They will say that they will return your money, but they never will. A lot of Police cases has been already filed against the company but they every time are able to successfully dodge themselves from the case. Please DO NOT join this organization. Right now am working in an MNC and I can tell you that there are alot of opportunities available. Kindly look out for one. Do not fall in their trap. These guys are goons. You just visit the company once, it is a small 200-300 sq ft area with a lot of negative vibes. It has been even raided by Microsoft for using their unlicensed version of software. I have been molested in that company, left it and have been asking for my 50k but they are someone who are extremely resentful and reluctant to give it now and feigning what all they said earlier. Job Security: Out of question. Work Culture: They are not at all professional. Forget about culture. Management: Poor. Extremely poor. Company Policies: There are certain which they themselves never follow. Learnings: The only positive side of this company which was there back when I was there a few years back (I do not know about the current scene). a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
