A request to higher management. Please stop recruiting cyber sales freshers atleast it hampers our job security and promotions, as current team freely roams, discusses marriages near exit gates she even asks salary of everyone.

Very Early startup company with high ambitions and salary in always on time and genuine.

Incentives are not paid full and in time Workholic atmosphere,not prefferd. HR to add more people add false promises always No proper management Zero level infrastructure suffocating No office foods or snacks Fake promises while joining. Hr does not exist in company Very high startup Promotions are very slow

Salary is extreme high as compered to market vs experience.

Extreme level of work life balance and worst team , no vision and everyone learns coding here only in live testing. No mentorship and Saturday and Sunday work , full pressure.

i would say low work presurre and occasional work pressure thats ok as i worked more harsh confitions in my previous company

i guess bad software vision and low salary very much low bonuses and hr behaviour is not good as per my experience
