Very Early startup company with high ambitions and salary in always on time and genuine.

Dislikes

Incentives are not paid full and in time Workholic atmosphere,not prefferd. HR to add more people add false promises always No proper management Zero level infrastructure suffocating No office foods or snacks Fake promises while joining. Hr does not exist in company Very high startup Promotions are very slow

Salary is extreme high as compered to market vs experience.

Dislikes

Extreme level of work life balance and worst team , no vision and everyone learns coding here only in live testing. No mentorship and Saturday and Sunday work , full pressure.

Stable salary base only. Gud for Freshers.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Pls add new internet connection. No neeed to restart routers. Routers not problem. ISP problem. Else no growth in learning. Flexible timings for some dparmnts. Pls change cntin boi.

i would say low work presurre and occasional work pressure thats ok as i worked more harsh confitions in my previous company

Dislikes

i guess bad software vision and low salary very much low bonuses and hr behaviour is not good as per my experience

Recently coffee machine that too dosent works sometime. Timely salary is great. Director is very clear with vision.

Dislikes

Extremely rude hr with no logic answers and no appraisal. Management is bad and office is in basement with no open air facility.
