The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

...many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

...ual clothes unlike other standard companies like sales team has to wear formals. Salary is exceptional high as compared to market. You can go off weeks still you will be paid . Unlimited paid leaves.

No one can make 3 calls a day for UAE region. Sales Manager cannot even take demos and asks us to male calls and take demos. No division in sales. Sales person will make calls, do demo, do sales, creat commercial. No sales department, presales department, revenue commercial department complete nonsense structure. Help us with a good sales real manager.

Earlier job security, low sales caused low job security. Please introduce Referall bonus, we will refer good sales people. Our friends also happy and our jobs are also secured. A request to higher management. Please stop recruiting cyber sales freshers atleast it hampers our job security and promotions, as current team freely roams, discusses marriages near exit gates she even asks salary of everyone.

Worked more than a year. Good vision but lacks execution. Bad Managers eats credits. The work of an Avp is done by our mini manager.

Dislikes

The note starts with extreme low salary and lack of work life balance. The worst part is sales department will send somebody to discuss project but she queries about salaries of every guy and will provike every single day to leave job as if she is an spy and wastes max time. The washroom is not hygenic and basement is so so much suffocating. Request management not to send her to waste our time. Conversation and requirements can happen over phone call.

Interview is easy . Huge jump of salary. Salary is exceptionally high. Flexible timings and unlimited leaves.

Lots of false promises. Manager assigned a Class Monitor,Monitor does not have his pipeline and backbites about us with the manager.Class Monitor gives his demo good but bad for others. POCs fail because of non coperation and always blames sales team.No matter how many demos you fix, demo has to be bad. Work life is bad they will ask you to be in right time but will never let you go in time.Everyone has to do everything. No team management and process.
