The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

The Admin is arrogant. The behaviour of the HR is not good at all. I dont know why after so many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

Recently there were townhall session and Director promised to solve the problems. The management wants to improve the overall situation. Thank you sir. The latest party was amazing. Please make RnR session monthly. Visit us in basement and thats all we want.

Dislikes

These are not dislikes but I want to improve. Cannot speak in public in townhall because someof your Managers are 3rd Class. Please enable direct connect with you for any employee. Also upgrade 1 problem per month this should boost moral. Please ask Admin to reply in human behaviour,not in arrogant. Make the promotions smooth. Open your ears and see which employee is contributing more rather than as an usual feedback from your managers. Because i heard from other dept also Managers take credits. Here is one suggestion, somebody spending with you more than a decade doesnet mean he is certified manager. Also ask sonu not to cheat us on money. Rest you are good and please take it as positive.
