Nothing i like at all except salary which is sometime on time.

Dislikes

Partiality among departments.Sales departments have unlimited leaves even on probation period. Maximum people are looking out for job change even open to job on linkedln. No proper appraisals.Big false hope and promises.Complete startup and no offices anywhere, hr lied to me.No proper Hr and Management is full of kicked out people from different companies. Own existing people low salary, new people triple salary even on same experience. Third class Toilet and infront of sales team they are great and in front of tech team , they are great. Very bad people they are playing with future of good people. LMS and video company and not proper cyber security.Extreme work pressure sometimes and Fridays are worst days. Good Team and AVP. AVP is the backbone of the entire company. Good collaboration with tech team and everyteam is supportive except sales team. Best company to learn and used to be earn company, but due to low sales, our appraisals are low.Management was used to be active but now a days it feels people of old age running the company.

Dislikes

Small place to sit and no ventilation. Water Quality poor and no management listen. Admin has amazing arrogant attitude. Rich than us he pretends. Always asking money. Complained to hr about him no action still asking money. Maximum people are searching jobs to change as there are no growth and only big big talks. Very limited leaves. very limited. If I was the director I would have disolved the sales team , hire a experienced team with BRAINS and the company would have been a rocket....Read More
