...mosphere for people who want to learn. If there is will they will develop skill. The director is visionary and Salary Appraisal is Great :-) The salary is on time. I also had priviledge to work with CFO - Amazing and friendly Personality with support culture.

The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

...many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

Very Early startup company with high ambitions and salary in always on time and genuine.

Incentives are not paid full and in time Workholic atmosphere,not prefferd. HR to add more people add false promises always No proper management Zero level infrastructure suffocating No office foods or snacks Fake promises while joining. Hr does not exist in company Very high startup Promotions are very slow

I would say the basement with no air ventilation and echos too much, and canteen is worst. The internet sometime does not work during client meetings. The food quality of Canteen and the guy is not good, sometime he even charges double. Even if you didn't ordered it. He pretends that he is the boss of the office.

The Manager's manager used to be good a year back but now she has tured into angry dinasour. She needs to cut incentives without any reason. My manager to save his job he has started to l**k her feet to save his incentives. No learning curve, extreme false promises. No body listens to get the office infrastrure good. Basement living. No work life balance. No bonuses. HR is absent in the organization , she only recruits with false promises. People are looking out for other jobs. Appraisals are almost zero. They will just put Senior in your designation. Admin is a great dehati no listenting only arrogant and pravachan.Sorry forgot to mention Great Internet. almost down.
