New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Associate Director do lots of Politics & Back Beaching, if ur against her, she will make plan to sack u out from Company with fake Errors in work against u. If u obey what she want, u will promoted else u will be on same position for ages. Associate Director will also take personal grudges and will try to remove from company without any prior notice. Even if u raise complaint to HR, they will against u. HR will not listen to u.
