There is favouritism basis community, basically very racist. Opportunities are not many for growth and learning is stagnant after the first year. Decisions taken for the benefit of the company, may not be acceptable if not profitable at a personal level, with sever consequences and being repremanded in the immediate future. Your closeness and proximity to the head of a department or group director determines your success, along with your personal ability to act blind and agree to what is being told to you - no matter how wrong.
