Amazing work life balance and no pressure from managers most of the time, amazing job security, so far flexible working hours, very understanding and supportive managers

Good organisation to work with. If you are in a project with good visibility then growth is certain. Work life balance and culture is excellent.

No cons. Compensation and growth vary based on the product you work on. If product is successful you too would reap its benefits and as far as my experience its the same everywhere.

Compensation is too low as compared to other product company. Also Infor is company made from lot of small company so culture is not uniform even pay ranges differ from product to product
