You can manage your personal life and professional life.

Dislikes

No one will give you proper instructions or training, but if somthing goes wrong they will be how many times do we have to tell you this or that. You will be blamed for everything related to your work if something goes wrong, but not for anything you did good. The boss himself is a acts that way.

management has a hire and fire policy (for new joiners), will replace you when they find someone new, product although good is priced too high making closing difficult even when the companies buying are big corporates
