Thay take my two round and call me noida for the salary discussion I told them discussion hare I can not come I have to prepare for my exams but they call me for noida,in noida they take another interview and give the offer , I told her the hr saloni uppal give me the offer later, I read a review on ambition box before about that thay give you offer then after rejected it, but they told me we have to create your salary chat then we will send you on Monday , I told her about review but she this review is fake, I said ok then after getting offer, I stop giving interviews, on Monday I don't received any offer latter and call from company, on Tuesday I call hr anjali bharti she didn't pick my call after 2-4 call she pick my call and told me your profile is on hold, and after some time she told me 1.2 is more in your offer we can not give you I said ok give that offer then after two day she told we got another candidate with less salary and more experience,they waisted my 2 weak and money

...hey supported me a lot and I achieved around 50% of my targets most of the time. Despite this, there were no deductions from my salary. Initially, they mentioned there would be a fixed target with only 20% flexibility allowed. They consistently provided support, but there were some fake employees who never worked yet still expected to receive their salaries. They even posted fake reviews regarding salaries. Based on my seven months of experience, I'm receiving monthly incentives ranging from 40-50K, which I never expected. They have been extremely supportive, and all salary incentives and bonuses are paid on the 7th of every month without any delays. I must say, there are few companies in Noida with such a good track record and professionalism. I feel like I'm constantly learning, and after joining Infoicon, I felt like I had lost 8 years of my career, which I've now regained in just 7 months here. The people here are highly skilled and adept at closing deals and providing support. I can confidently say that no other company offers such lucrative incentives along with a salary, Salespeople here are making 2-3 lakhs in monthly incentives.
