Dislikes

...ing to team members and TLs. Not feed back loop for improvement of the company. My raising any issue they will judge you and not give to yearly salary hike and they will not listen to you as well.

...y will be good. In fact, they are aggresively hiring new people for the company. Salary is not great, especially old employees getting paid very less and I heard they give handsome packages for the new comers. Company is growing good. They are very good in Finance management.

Learning opportunities are good. Projects are interesting.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits is worst. Not paying sufficient for our job. Pay not upto industry standards. They are willing to hire new employees with high pay rather pay better for already present hard working employees

Internal Training is good here for freshers.

Dislikes

...n bench for long and don't care. No incentives. No Diwali gifts. Very less hike. There is a bond of 33 months and if you break it, you have to pay 1 Lakh rupees to the company.
