Had joined with a very positive mindset like I always do while joining a new organisation and this time the positivity was at peak going by the interaction and the way I was welcomed to the team. Have lot of work on a daily basis which is a positive sign and enjoyable experience for any professional.

Dislikes

Favouritism, biasness, abuse.. All the above are a demeanor and works against any Salary range you are offered. Abuse without any reason. Maybe disturbed personal/professional life at the other side but that's not acceptable at all.

...thing, like Office politics that destroyed career of many hard working employee.once u joined in bonus u will get Lot of stress, no wok life balance..Dogs barks are better than managers meetings.

The salary at the time of hiring. The project though short term has the latest technology stack to gets hands on. The training team is putting lots of efforts in upskilling resources on cloud technologies

Work life balance Weekend work Project management team seems to be lacking due to which resources have to stretch for long hours QMS process is lacking
