...thing, like Office politics that destroyed career of many hard working employee.once u joined in bonus u will get Lot of stress, no wok life balance..Dogs barks are better than managers meetings.

You will learn all the advance and useful thinks which can be used by all the tech industry.

...ing to team members and TLs. Not feed back loop for improvement of the company. My raising any issue they will judge you and not give to yearly salary hike and they will not listen to you as well.

Increment, join Infogain on higher package. You may get promoted but will not get salary hike as per designation. Your newly hired junior will get more salary than you if will not switch from Infogain

Employee-centric policies. Salary is at par with the market. Training & Development is highly supported and mgmt encourages every employee to upgrade their skills. Flexi work timings. Work from home mostly. Some amazing managers who are really supportive. HR team does great job in arranging employees engagement/connect programmes like online yoga, zumba, story telling, doctor on call, and many more. Management listens to you and take their employees seriously.

Dislikes

Nothing major, but some small projects are overlooked because they are generating less revenue. And employees in such projects left on their own may be they are completely client driven. Management should take care of such employees who are working on client driven projects.

Likes

Being a part of Infogain, I got to learn lots of new thing. The work life is balance and the work culture is good. The team management is very good. They help each other. And ready to stay late night to work for each other and the project.

Dislikes

...he growth is less. there is not additional benefits other than PF and mediclaim. For parents mediclaim also you have to pay additional. 2. There is partiality between the people manager knows and don't know. They won't treate you the same.
